Staci Barilari is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Seaside Psychiatry & Wellness. She earned her nursing degree from New York University and began her career at NYU Langone, where she developed a strong foundation in holistic, patient-centered care. Staci later completed her graduate training at Monmouth University, specializing in psychiatric mental health.

Staci provides compassionate, evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, ADHD, and women’s mental health, with a special focus in perinatal and reproductive psychiatry. Having navigated her own infertility and IVF journey, she approaches patient care with a uniquely empathetic perspective - supporting individuals through fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum transitions, and beyond.

A Monmouth County resident, Staci loves spending time at the beach with her husband and their two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, meditation, pilates, and exploring coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Calley Miller, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Seaside Psychiatry & Wellness. She is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care and works collaboratively with each patient to create individualized treatment plans that support both mental and emotional well-being.

Calley has experience treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and stress-related conditions. She takes a holistic, patient-centered approach and believes in meeting patients where they are, while empowering them with the tools and support they need to thrive.
